What is BPC-157?
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a pentadecapeptide with the sequence Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val. It is a partial sequence of a protein isolated from gastric juice and is notable for its stability in gastric conditions.
Most of the published literature comes from animal models, where it has been studied in tendon, ligament, muscle and gastrointestinal injury, and in relation to angiogenesis and the nitric oxide system. Human clinical data remain very limited, so it is regarded strictly as a research compound.

- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with concentration and date, then refrigerate.
Storage
- Lyophilised: -20°C for long-term storage, sealed and dry, away from light.
- Short term: 2 to 8°C for weeks in the sealed vial.
- Reconstituted: 2 to 8°C, protected from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
