What is CJC-1295 DAC?
CJC-1295 with DAC combines a modified GRF (1-29) sequence with a maleimidopropionic acid group attached to a C-terminal lysine. This group forms a covalent bond with circulating albumin, which extends the half-life substantially.
Published pharmacology includes sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 secretion in controlled studies. It is used in research on long-acting GHRH receptor signalling and albumin-conjugation strategies.

- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with concentration and date, then refrigerate.
