What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin consists of the full 44-amino-acid sequence of human GHRH with a trans-3-hexenoic acid group added at the N-terminus. The modification increases resistance to dipeptidyl aminopeptidase cleavage while keeping GHRH receptor activity.
Its literature is dominated by studies of visceral adipose tissue and the GH and IGF-1 axis, making it a reference compound in GHRH receptor research.

- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with concentration and date, then refrigerate.
