What is CJC-1295 no-DAC?
Modified GRF (1-29) is based on the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone, the shortest fully active fragment. Four substitutions (at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27) protect it against enzymatic degradation compared with native GRF (1-29).
Without the drug affinity complex (DAC) it has a short half-life, so it is used to study pulsatile GHRH receptor signalling. It is frequently paired with ghrelin receptor agonists such as ipamorelin in secretagogue research.

- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
