What is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin (Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) is a pentapeptide agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). Early pharmacology described it as selective, releasing growth hormone without the marked ACTH and cortisol increases seen with GHRP-6 and GHRP-2.
It has been studied in bone growth and bone formation models in rodents and in pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modelling work.

- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with concentration and date, then refrigerate.
