What is Hexarelin?
Hexarelin is structurally related to GHRP-6, with a 2-methyl-D-tryptophan substitution. Besides the ghrelin receptor, it binds CD36, which is linked to effects on cardiac tissue that are independent of growth hormone.
Its research literature includes cardiovascular studies and, more recently, kidney and vascular injury models.

- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature.
- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
- Label with concentration and date, then refrigerate.

- Short term: 2 to 8°C for weeks in the sealed vial.
