What is Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is a linear 39-amino-acid peptide based on the native GIP sequence and modified with a C20 fatty diacid moiety, which enables albumin binding and a prolonged half-life. It is an agonist at both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, with greater affinity for the GIP receptor.
It is one of the most extensively studied incretin-based peptides, with a large published literature covering glycaemic, body weight and lipid endpoints. Researchers commonly use it as the reference dual agonist when comparing single, dual and triple receptor pharmacology.

- Wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab.
- Add diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.
